Alison Page

Alison Page

Alison Page was raised in an animal-loving household, surrounded by pet dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, tropical fish, and goldfish, and she has owned horses since she was a teenager.
For several years, Alison worked as a Veterinary Clinic Practice Manager in a vet practice that specialized in caring for companion animals and rescue center cruelty case referrals. Here, Alison learned a great deal about the treatment of common illnesses that can affect all creatures, great and small, and their recuperative, post-surgical care.
These days, Alison is a full-time freelance writer specializing in creating articles on the care and training of dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, and horses. Although she no longer rides horses in competitions, Alison is also a professional dressage judge.
Alison is currently a pet parent to two mischievous black cats, several goldfish, a betta, and a beautiful elderly rescue dog called Jess, who is still going strong at the ripe old age of 17 years.
