  • Custom Products: Items that are made-to-order typically take between 2-7 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Other Products: Items sourced directly from other retailers may have varied processing times. We coordinate closely with our partners to ensure timely dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes between 3-14 business days within the U.S. and 10-30 business days for international orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for selected products and locations, with delivery times usually between 2-4 business days within the U.S.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges depend on the product’s weight, dimensions, and destination. An estimate will be provided at checkout.

4. Tracking

Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.

5. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. However, international shipments might incur customs fees, varying based on order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

For address modifications post-order placement, contact us promptly. If a shipment returns to our facility due to address issues, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
